About the position

This is a full-time consulting assignment that initially lasts for about 12 months. You will be employed by Bravura and work as a consultant at Telia. There are very good opportunities for extending the assignment.

💼 Responsibilities

In this role, you will work as customer support for the Property Owner Entry; the customer entry responsible for Telia's fiber agreements with property owners, tenant-owner associations, joint facilities, and municipal networks. In this position, you are responsible for providing the best possible service to customers and offering them Telia's services and products from the property owner portfolio. Your main tasks include answering incoming calls from customers, handling inquiries regarding orders, contracts, and other matters, as well as placing orders to deliver according to customer needs. Furthermore, you create added value for customers by offering relevant additional services from the service portfolio to existing agreements. You listen to what the customer desires and act accordingly to always provide a good customer experience. You work in close dialogue with your colleagues, where together you form a strong team.

 Education, experience, and personal qualities

• Completed upper secondary education • Experience in customer support via phone • Experience with corporate customers and experience from the telecom industry is highly meritorious • Good computer and system skills • Good knowledge of Swedish in speech and writing
